I haven't done any yoga before and especially hot yoga. It is so different feeling when you are in a hot room (about 35 degree) - muscles and the entire body works so different. First session was hard - I had to leave a room a couple of times to catch a breath, but second one I was doing just fine.
No pressure from trainers - everyone does it in the manner it suit them.

They make you feel so special and looked after. I honestly can’t speak highly enough about The Yoga Garage studio its classes and instructors, everything is spot on. definitely a five star studio! The variety of times, classes, and instructors makes fitting a session into my busy schedule so easy to accomodate!
