  Best customer service ever! You guys are always so kind and helpful. As an international student, it is hard to understand the documents and this is the only post office that takes the time to explain everything. Thank you for your amazing job! I totally recommend this post office !

  I would always dread going to the post office until I stumbled across this particular Australia Post! Incredible customer service, extremely helpful, and always smiling. Even though it's out of the way, I will absolutely be coming here from now on for my postal needs!

  Incredible nice team. They are always helpful, up for a nice convo and most importantly, they like their job and you can tell that as a customer!
  
  The Aus Post Office itself is a bit old but not the teams fault.

  The staff is always helpful and kind. They can get very busy but they are so patient with everyone. Very grateful for the kind treatment we received when I came in to take my daughters passport photo.
