Aileen at O'Rourke (the Property Manager) was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist and accept probably one of many applications for the property. Once approved, the process was the easiest that I have ever gone through. One thing that really sticks out, is the response time for any sort of assistance and questions I had. I would highly recommend this real estate if you require great service and experience!

Problems are always dealt with quickly and they really are on the owner's side when negotiating the best rent. They know the Scarborough rental property intimately so are in a position to give the best advice. The property managers have all been very diligent and friendly and not afraid to have difficult conversations with tenants who have misbehaved.
