The trainers have given me very precise and effective advice on how to improve my sessions and they also run different classes like boxing, park boot-camp and yoga which I love!

You feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the club, and staff are always happy to help where they can. It is obvious the trainers love what they do, as they always go above and beyond to help their members, with endless entertainment too. They have great competitions for members too! So lucky to have found this gym, they have helped me enjoy exercise again :)

The manager is training me and she is doing a great job preparing programs that are perfectly compatible with my physical job and time availability. Love it!
